1. Who We Are

Salon Owner Growth ('we', 'us', 'our') operates salonownergrowth.com and provides custom salon software, consulting, coaching, and related services to salon owners and operators.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. By using the site you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for any account credentials you create and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Services and Fit Calls

Our fit calls are introductory consultations and do not create a client relationship. Engagement of any paid service is subject to a separate written agreement (e.g., proposal, statement of work, or subscription terms). The features of our software may change over time as we improve the product.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees, billing cycles, and refund terms for paid services are set out in the applicable order form or subscription agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method for amounts due.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the services without our written consent.
• Upload viruses, malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the services.
• Use the services to violate any third party's rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated tools to access the site beyond ordinary browser use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site and software—including text, graphics, logos, software code, frameworks, templates, and trademarks—are owned by Salon Owner Growth or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the site for personal or internal business use only. You may not use our marks or content without prior written permission.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the services ('Your Content'). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely as needed to provide and improve the services. You represent you have all necessary rights to Your Content.

9. Testimonials and Results

Any case studies, testimonials, or income/growth examples on the site reflect specific outcomes and are not guarantees. Your results will vary based on your salon, market, effort, and other factors.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party tools (e.g., calendar, payment, analytics providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. We do not warrant any specific business, financial, or growth outcome.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALON OWNER GROWTH AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Salon Owner Growth and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the services.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) will survive.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Salon Owner Growth is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
